PICKUP FROM OFFICE OR FRANCHISEE OUTLET:
Pickup orders can be placed at any of the outlet. Payment options for Pickup Orders can be Cash, Demand Draft, Debit Card or Credit Card, and Online Payments through Wallets & UPI transfer.
HOME DELIVERY
Home Delivery orders can be placed online for providing easy access & convenience on website: www.dreamlifejio.com. Payment options for Online orders can be Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Other Online Payments through Wallets & UPI transfer.
Home Delivery Charges for Customers / Direct Sellers are as follows:
Order value above Rs. 5000: No delivery Charges
Order value from Rs. 2500 to Rs. Rs. 5000: Rs. 49/-
Order value below Rs. 2500: Rs. 99/-
Please Note: Courier Charges are inclusive of taxes and are not refundable.
Dream Life try to ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in Good Condition. It takes 5-7 working days from the day of order confirmation to deliver the Products within India. Delivery may delay due to some unforeseen circumstances or due to certain restrictions imposed by government or any other authority acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government.
In case, the delivery period exceeds the stipulated time due to unforeseen circumstances, the customers / Direct Sellers will be notified regarding the same through call from CRM Team & SMS, Email from our Shipping Partner. If the customer / Direct Seller still wishes to continue with delivery, the same shall be delivered accordingly. If the customer / Direct Seller wishes to cancel the said order, refunds shall be initiated as per the Cancellation / Refund / Exchange Policy.
The customers / Direct Sellers are advised that, if the packaging is tampered or damaged at the time of accepting delivery of the goods, they should refuse to take delivery of the package and immediately inform the CRM Team @ 7883501078 or write an e-mail @ support@dremlifejio.com, mentioning the order number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement is sent to the concerned customers / direct sellers at the earliest.
Governing Law
Any dispute(s) between customer / direct seller or its nominee(s) and Dream Life, arising from this Policy, shall be referred to the sole arbitrator (appointed by Dream Life) and same shall be adjudicated by such Arbitrator as per provisions of Arbitration Conciliation Act, 1996. However, all proceedings shall come within the jurisdiction of District Courts in Durg (Chhattisgarh, India) only and such arbitration proceedings shall be held in district courts of Durg (Chhattisgarh, India) only. The final decision of the Arbitrator would be binding upon both the parties. Any breach of this covenant by the Customer / Direct Seller will make him liable for damages and legal costs to the Dream Life.
